Haan. Starter Shield starts at ₹8,999 for two cameras — gate and main door — and that covers most two-bedroom homes and single-counter shops. We'd rather install a small system properly than sell you eight cameras you don't need.
Why don't you install Hikvision or Dahua? They're cheaper.
They're cheaper because of where they're made and who can access them. We install only STQC-certified, MeitY-compliant brands — CP Plus, Prama, Matrix, Sparsh. For a home it's a preference. For a business or an institution it can be a compliance requirement.
What happens if a camera stops working after a year?
First year is covered — parts and labour. After that, AMC available — starting from ₹2,499/yr, or you pay per visit. We don't disappear after installation; you have our number, not a call centre's.
Can I see the cameras when I'm out of Jamshedpur?
Yes. Live view and recordings on your phone from anywhere with internet. We set it up and make sure it works on your phone before we leave.
How long does installation take?
Most homes and shops: one day. Larger commercial sites: two to three, scheduled so your business keeps running.
Do I need internet for the cameras to record?
No. Recording is local to the NVR and continues through internet and power cuts. Internet is only needed for remote viewing on your phone.
